Connecting students, education and employers with AI career tools

Hello Radius is proud to be collaborating with the Careers Centre at the University of Cyprus, to host a series of interactive workshops designed to help students explore how technology can support their next steps after graduation.

During the sessions, students will learn how to use Hello Radius to build smart career profiles that showcase their strengths, interests, and transferable skills — going beyond traditional CVs. Through guided onboarding with the Hello Radius founders, participants will discover how AI can suggest career paths and match them with employers offering opportunities aligned with their skills and career preferences.

“Our goal has always been to make hiring work smarter for teams and talent. This partnership helps students take their first step in the job market and see how their skills translate into real opportunities, while helping companies spot emerging talent they might otherwise miss.” – Dionysis Kastellanis, Co-Founder & CTO.

Helping employers discover skills beyond degrees

For employers, this means earlier access to emerging talent, providing deeper insights beyond degrees or job titles. Inclusive by design, Hello Radius reduces the risk of overlooking qualified talent, by enabling employers to quickly identify candidates with the right skills and potential, even if their studies or experience don’t follow a conventional path.

The workshops reflect a shared commitment between the University of Cyprus Careers Centre and Hello Radius to help students prepare for the future of work and widen access to opportunity.
