Driving innovation in talent acquisition

Hello Radius, an AI-powered recruitment platform, has been selected for the inaugural cohort of KPMG’s Startup Innovation Lab Accelerator, a program designed to help scale startups with high-growth potential. This marks a significant step in Hello Radius’ mission to reshape hiring through compatibility-focused matching technology.

Following a competitive selection process, founders Cecily Alston and Dionysis Kastellanis pitched to a panel of VCs, KPMG board members, and industry experts, securing a place in the accelerator. This recognition reinforces Hello Radius’ unique approach to tackling inefficiencies in hiring, whilst improving candidate-fit accuracy through innovative technology.

Addressing key challenges: Shaping the future of hiring

32% of new hires leave within 90 days due to poor culture fit and in 2024, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) ranked culture-fit a key industry challenge. Mis-hires cost businesses time, productivity and revenue, especially SMBs. Hello Radius is tackling this challenge with technology to improve candidate-fit accuracy and enhance decision making, providing companies with a more holistic, data-driven approach to finding talent that aligns with their culture.

“Our goal is to go beyond traditional hiring tools, reduce mis-hires, and help companies build stronger teams. The SIL Accelerator is the perfect launchpad to help us scale our technology with support from industry experts.” – Cecily Alston, Founder & Head of Product.

What's next?

With support from the SIL Accelerator Program, Hello Radius is focused on scaling its technology and building partnerships with employers and universities. The company's participation in the program will fuel its next stage of growth as it continues to push innovation in HR tech.
